Release Triage
How the audit works
A fixed-price repository diagnostic, distinct from target-release assurance and separately scoped implementation.
The workflow
Evidence first, then human judgment.
Intake and scope
Choose Release Triage and share non-secret context through the intake form. We confirm the one-app/repository scope in writing.
Least-privilege access
Set up separate, time-bounded accounts with read-only access first. Credentials, signing assets, and customer data never belong in the public form.
Automated evidence collection
Local tooling collects deterministic repository indicators only. It does not reproduce builds or establish store readiness.
Human review
A release engineer reviews the repository indicators and available context, then identifies material gaps and risks without issuing a release recommendation or sign-off.
Written findings
Within three business days after intake and agreed access, you receive a prioritized risk/gap report and recommended next step.
Buyer decision
You own every remediation decision: act internally, defer, or request separately scoped Release Assurance, implementation, or maintenance.
Fixed-price fit
One bounded app and one stated release concern.
Release Triage fits one React Native/Expo app, one production iOS scheme/configuration, and one production Android variant/configuration. A monorepo is eligible only for one mobile workspace plus directly referenced shared packages, not a monorepo-wide review.
The review includes an automated inventory of direct dependencies and human review of the generated indicators plus at most 12 buyer-nominated relevant configuration files. Anything larger is re-scoped before purchase.
Commercial boundary
Triage, assurance, and implementation are separate decisions.
Release Triage
€950 fixed
Repository indicators, human review, and a prioritized risk/gap report for one app/repository.
Release Assurance
€2,500–€4,000
Reproducible build and acceptance evidence for one target release, including one validation rerun. Standard and Complex workload bands select the price before purchase.
Implementation
Typically €5,000–€12,000
Separately scoped.
Multi-version jumps, custom native modules, New Architecture migrations, and emergencies may be quoted outside the standard band.
Limits
Technical risk evidence, not impossible promises.
Release Triage is not app-store approval, not legal advice or compliance certification, and not a zero-regression guarantee. Findings reflect the evidence available during the agreed review window. It excludes build reproduction, code changes, pull requests, store-readiness sign-off, and release recommendations. Implementation has its own written scope and fee.
